Hi, I'm Katie!
I’m Katie - the arist behind Lady Sue Designs! I am a self taught artist who took 12 years off of art after high school before falling back into the world of art. After losing my two rabbits and making a portrait of one, my art career was born. Since March of 2024 I have created hundreds of custom pieces for people of their fur (scale, feathered, etc) babies to cherish forever.
Over the past year I have developed a love of painting landscapes and giving people custom art of sentimental memories. While pets may have started as my niche, it is definitely not where it has stayed. My niche has grown to include anything that has value in your life. Whether it is a tomato, a group shot of you with your friends, or a sunrise on a beach you grew up going to with family, I would love to create something beautiful for you.

Every brush stroke is full of love and each art piece sold helps me achieve the dream of having my art bring people joy.
In a world full of AI, I am proud to be one of the few people in the world pursuing fine arts and I appreciate every single person who has ever believed in me achieving this goal.
I also want to have a special shout out to my biggest cheerleader, my dad. He has always pushed my art to its highest potential and expressed how proud he is along the journey. As an artist himself, I grew up surrounded by art and seeing his passion for it. The apple clearly doesn't fall far from the tree. From gifts of canvas, paint, and brushes, to mass interacting with all of my social media posts to help spread my posts, he has been there from the beginning.
To every other person who loves my work enough to have a Lady Sue Designs piece in their possession, I am forever grateful you loved my work enough to want to see it every day.
