Cotton Candy Sunset — Art Print
The kind of sunset that hardly looks real.
Cotton Candy Sunset captures that fleeting time after the sun disappears, when the clouds fill with beautiful pinks, purples, intense oranges, and golds.
A friend captured this view and asked me to paint it. To her, it was simply too beautiful not to paint—and looking at the photo, it’s easy to understand why.
The colors almost looked unreal. A sunset that extraordinary would be memorable on its own, but seeing it reflected across the water made it even more remarkable.
This painting began with her wish to preserve that view: a brief moment of incredible color, turned into something she could enjoy long after the sky had changed.
Whether it reminds you of an evening you never wanted to end or simply brings a little more color into your day, I hope this piece gives you a moment to pause and enjoy the view.
Available sizes: 5×7, 8×10, and 11×14 inches.
Reproduced from my original hand-painted artwork. Original artwork by Lady Sue Designs.
