Upstate New York — Art Print
Sometimes your favorite view is the one you never planned to find.
Of all the photos I took during a fall trip through the Northeast, my favorite came from the side of a road in New York.
A rocky river, autumn colors, and mountains in the distance—a scene I happened upon while traveling from one place to the next. It wasn’t the destination, but it became the view I loved most.
This painting is a reminder that beautiful moments don’t always wait at the end of a long hike or on a carefully planned itinerary. Sometimes you find them on the drive to your next Airbnb, on the way to the trail, or somewhere you almost passed by.
Whether it brings back memories of a fall road trip or reminds you to notice the beauty along your everyday route, I hope this piece gives you a reason to pause and look a little longer.
Available in 5×7, 8×8, 8×10, 12×12, and 11×14 inches.
The 11×14 size comes in two crops: Crop A shows more of the left side; Crop B shows more of the right side. Choose your preferred composition.
Reproduced from my original hand-painted artwork. Original artwork by Lady Sue Designs.
